Kyra earned both her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University at Buffalo, proudly following the footsteps of the two generations before her.
Following dental school, she continued her training at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, where she provided dental services to patients undergoing cancer treatment.
Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, Pilates, and needlepointing.
Fun Fact: Before dental school, Kyra worked in a research laboratory where she performed surgery on rats!

My son has a shark tooth- both of us were really nervous, we were in and out in 5 minutes. She explained everything thoroughly helped my very nervous son and left smiling and happy and well taken care of. 10/10 recommend!!
Very friendly staff! I was in and out of the office in 30 minutes for a filling. During the filling Kyra provided great guidance when going through the steps. I felt well cared for!!
I just had my first visit and upon walking into the office I received an extremely warm welcome from everyone immediately. The camaraderie between the staff was evident and Dr Katz instantly exudes the level of professionalism and care I was searching for. Best. Move. Ever.
The Katz office as a whole is outstanding. They all are so kind and ready to help with any dental issues. They go above and beyond for their patients.
